Privacy Policy

Summary: What information we collect, how we use it, how IP addresses and cookies are handled on this website, and your rights.

1. Who We Are

Cybersafe Network ("we", "us"), an independent online service based in Bangladesh, is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. You can reach us at support@cybersafenetwork.com or WhatsApp +880 1842-272292.

2. Information You Give Us

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or brand name (optional) and country.
  • Case details: the username or link of the account concerned, a description of what happened, earlier appeals, and any notes you add.
  • Files you choose to upload or send: for example screenshots of platform notices, and, only when the platform requires it for your case, a copy of an identity document. You may cover any details on the document that the platform does not need.
  • Order and payment records: booking number, service, amount, payment status and payment reference. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Order security: the IP address from which an order is submitted is saved with that order to help prevent fraud.

3. Information We Never Ask For

We never ask for, and you should never send us, your passwords, two-factor or verification codes, backup codes or login sessions. If you send one by mistake, we do not use it.

4. Website Visits, IP Addresses and Cookies

To keep this website secure and to understand how many people visit it, we keep a simple record of visits:

  • What we record: the time of each visit, the pages opened, your country, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Your country is worked out on our own server; your IP address is not sent to any analytics or advertising company.
  • Countries where we do not keep IP addresses: for visitors from the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Russia, China, South Korea, Brazil, Turkey and India, we do not store the IP address. Only the time, the pages and the country are kept.
  • Security records: automated programs, scans and break-in attempts are recorded with their time, network, the address they requested and their IP address (with the same country rules), only to protect this website.
  • How long we keep it: IP addresses of visits are deleted after 90 days. Security records are deleted after 30 days.
  • Cookies: we use a session cookie the website needs to work and a cookie that remembers your language. Outside the countries listed above, a cookie also notes when you last visited, so that a return visit within 24 hours is not counted twice and returning visitors can be recognised. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
  • Google services: the automatic translation and some fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when your browser loads them (see Google's privacy policy).
  • This information is never sold or shared and is used only for website security and visitor statistics.

5. Why We Use Your Information

  • to provide the service you ordered and to communicate with you about it (performance of our agreement with you);
  • to prepare documents and submissions for you, which include only the information you approve;
  • to keep payment, accounting and dispute records (legal obligations and our legitimate interests);
  • to protect our website and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests); and
  • where the law requires it, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Who We Share It With

  • The platform concerned, only the information included in the appeals and forms you approve or submit yourself;
  • Payment providers (such as Payoneer, or your bank for bank transfers), to process your payment;
  • Our hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores this website and its data for us;
  • Google, as explained in section 4; and
  • Authorities, only when we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

7. International Transfers

We work from Bangladesh and our service providers may store data in other countries. When your information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.

8. How Long We Keep Information

  • Identity documents, case files, and order and payment records are kept as long as we need them for your case, our accounting and tax records, and possible disputes.
  • Visit and security records follow the periods in section 4.

9. How We Protect It

Uploaded files are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, access is limited to the people handling your case, and the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you and the relevant authority where the law requires it if a breach affects you.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • withdraw your consent or object to how we use your information;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • complain to your data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, contact us at support@cybersafenetwork.com or WhatsApp +880 1842-272292. We reply within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. If an account belongs to a minor, the order must be placed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
